Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
My younger brother wants to file bankrupcy because of personel debt. We own a house together with my older brother. How will this affect the house?
There are other details that are pertenent. I have a loan on my share of the house that I pay monthly. My older brother signed a document that gave his wife half ownership of his share. They have now divorced. He is paying her alimony for three years to remove this legal right to the property. He has about two more years to pay.
