Does the section on agency law in UCC apply in ohio?

The UCC has been adopted in Ohio, but not necessarily word for word with the original Uniform document. You need to compare the Uniform document section with the Ohio version contained in the Revised Code, Title 13, Part one. There are very few differences in the Ohio version, so it is likely what you read has been adopted in Ohio
