Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
i didnt agree to have my truck worked on and they are working on it!
a friend was driving my truck. the transmission broke so he had t towed to a transmission shop. neither my friend nor i had talked to the shop until today. today i call and they tell me they are already working on it. i cant afford what they are gonna charge me and i could have got it fixed cheaper on my own. im wondering if i needed to be notified that they were fixing it?

They have to give you an estimate for the cost of repair. If your friend got the esimate let him be respnsible .
