Assigning rights to a video taping
I'm having a video done. The videographer will give me the copyright, but he says that I must give him a written document. What is this document?

Assignment of Copyright
As the creator of the video, the videographer is the owner of the copyright to that work. In order for there to be a valid transfer of those rights to you, you need a written assignment of those rights. You should be able find one in a form book at your local law library.
