Dear Inquirer: You may be required to dissolve your partnership by filing suit for an equitable division of assets, to be determined by a Court (Judge) in an action for a Declaratory Judgment.
Be prepared to prove your financial contribution, in order to support your claims for an equitable division.
Consult an experienced Attorney to advise and guide you. Good luck. sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, OH.
