Re: breach of contract

In West Virginia and elsewhere, a contract can be enforced by a court upon a demand for specific performance. There are exceptions, such as a personal service contract. A second remedy is for the non breaching party to seek damages in money to compensate for the breach. I can't think of an instance where a court would enforce only part of a contract. If there is a deal, the court would enforce all of the deal as it relates to both parties.
