Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Doing Business As
Dear LawGuru,
My partner and I created an LLC just a few days ago, and we were wondering if we had to register another name if we ''Do Business As'' that name. If so, how would we go about doing that? Thank you.

Re: Doing Business As
File either a trade name registration, which gives you exclusive use of the name in Ohio, or report the name as a ficticious name. Forms for both are available on the Secretary of State's website
