Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I am in business and have a LLC . The rent where my business is located is 4 month behind . Can the landlord come after me personally for the back rent or will the LLC protect me personally ?

Generally speaking, if the lease is solely in the name of the LLC, then the LLC is the only one who is responsible for the liability. If the lease is in your name personally (either alone or as co-tenant with the LLC), or if you personally guaranteed the lease, then the landlord can come after you for the due rent.
