Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
As a business owner, can I add a proposed 5% product value increase every time my company reaches a specific financial threshold? My products are one of a kind, produced seasonally in specific quantity batches, and are owner catalogued.

Dear Business Owner: You may charge whatever the traffic will bear. By this, it is meant that your customers may or may not willingly concede to your increases. However, if you can reasonably justify such value added increases, there is no valid legal reason not to do so.
However, you should always have good legal counsel to advise you and guide you in the successsful conduct of your business, and to avoid any conflicts, claims and lawsuits.
