Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Business ownership question
I registered a business in Ohio, and then later found out that someone is operating under my business name as a trade name of their company even tho I registered the business name first. Can i cause them to stop operating or make them change the name of their business?

If you filed your name with the Secretary of State then you can require them to change the name of their business.
