Re: Business Purchase Agreement
Dear Business person: Your attempt to use a form purchase agreement, or "do-it-yourself" attempt is a path to a disagreement, failure, or lawsuit!!!
Agreements are contracts; they must contain all of the provisions of the agreement, including resolution of all of the "what-ifs ???" that arise in transactions such as these.
The Internet may provide you with a galaxy of agreements, but that's much like affording you the use of a scalpel and a bottle of alcohol for your own brain surgery. All may go well until you cut too deeply! (Ouch!, please pardon the pun.)
I urge you to consult a knowledgable, experience Attorney to assist you; it may be the least expensive but most valuable part of your intended purchase. 'Sort of like insurance.
Good luck.
Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio.

As far as I know there is no such thing. Different businesses have different issues to be addressed.
