Re: buying out a partner of a business
Dear Inquirer: The best and most equitable method of determining a buyout price or evaluation of a partnership interest is to have an impartial appraisal of the business and assets.
Contact a reputable business appraiser after you've retained an experienced Attorney to guide, and advise you properly.
Good luck.
Sincerely,
