Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Our church (a non-profit org) has purchased a building adjacent to the main church property where we will move our offices. This building faces a different street and has a different mailing address. If we change our mailing address will this necessitate changing other legal documents to this address as well? (The physical location of the church does not change.)

Any attorney will say a change in mailing address should not require changing documents that specify the principal business address, as long as the business address does not change. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
