Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

My commercial truck has been in the shop ten times for a total of 55 days over the last year and a half and still has the same problem. I have electrical issues that are ongoing. It seems like I have no legal recourse and no protection under the law. What can I do? I need to sue the dealership and get my $190,000.00 back and expenses for the down time. HELP!

If you bought your truck is new it is covered by the lemon law. If you are complaining about the shop, the Sec'y of State, Division of Consumer Protection is the place you should go. Finally, get yourself an attorney who does lemon law work.

The other attorney is right on point here. If the vehicle was purchased new, you have recourse under applicable lemon laws. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
