Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
One of our company vans was rear-ended & claimed as a total loss. Are able to ask for lost revenue due to one less van in our fleet? We recieved a offer to settle that was about 1/2 of what it will cost to replace the van (with all the extra's - towpackage, bulkhead cage, & etc). The other company is self-insured, and they're saying they're only paying lost revenue from the accident till the 1st offer. Are we able to ask for more becuase they're low-balling us and dragging their feet? I've also heard we'd only be able to claim profit off the lost revenue.

Any attorney will tell you that you need legal representation. Don't try to deal with this on your own. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
