Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Form
I am hiring a new book keeper and need to know what form to have her sign that will protect all information.

You would want her to sign a non disclosure contract, a confidentiality contract and then take certain steps to ensure the information is maintained properly so that it will be deemed proprietary and confidential. We would be happy to draft these for you.
