Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

I can't get in contact with my photographer from my wedding for 3 months now. He was re-doing my wedding album, he sent me proofs in December of 2015. In April 2016 he said that he would check when the final book would be delivered. Since then I have not gotten a response from him. I have called, emailed, and texted. I want my wedding album but don't know what to do. He lives in Florida and I live in Ohio

Sorry to hear about your situation. Have you paid him in full? You should think about the following steps: (1) hiring an attorney to draft a demand letter requesting prompt fulfillment and/or refund; (2) contacting the Florida Attorney General's Office to make a consumer complaint, and, if steps (1) and (2) do not work, then (3) file a lawsuit against him in your local Municipal Court.
