Dear contractor, No one mayzarreest you unlessyou'bve committed some crime! Fear not!
Your petition (lawsuit) with the Court should set out the operative facts of your case, that you haven'tbeen paid for work and services performed and cannot pay your subcontractor, etc. Bring proof of the work you did, i.e. photagraphs, invoices, receipts for materials, etc. Any written contracts or quotes or agreements would also be invaluable to assist the
Court in making an informed, intelligent and fair decision. Let the Court sort it all out, bur retain an experienced Attorney to assist and guide you. Good luck. sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio.
