Re: dying intestate
Dear Inquirer: Under the Probate laws of Ohio, and in view of the minimum assets of your late Father's estate, you and your family may be entitled to file for a Release of Assets Without Administration. This means the Court will consider your application and can order release of the title to the truck and trailer to one of you who will act as the Estate Administrator, for distribution equally to all of your Father's three children.
Please contact and retain an Attorney to advise, assist and guide you through this technical aspect of your Father's estate filing.
You have my sympathies upon your loss, and my best wishes to you all. Sincerely,
J. Norman Stark.
