Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
EIN number
I registered for a small business in the state of Ohio. I haven't a clue as to what to do with this certificate that is set to expire in 2009. Please explain the process that helps me know how to use this certicate . Can I send out flyers and cards and go into business and use my EIN number for opening up an account at a bank or how does this work?

Re: EIN number
You can do all those things you mentioned. The certificate is simply proof of your registration. It does not provide anything for you other than that. Feel free to contact me directly for more questions.
