EIN requirements for an LLC
Do I need to get an EIN if I am starting up a one person LLC?

Yes, you should get one. Depending on the type of business, you may still be better off starting a Sub S Corp in order to save on Soc. Sec. payments. Check with a tax lawyer or accounting professional.
