Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Employment
The company I currently work for said if I quit or get fired I have to give back my uniform shirts. I paid $55 a piece for these shirts and can prove I paid. They said if they are not given back they will hold our last check. Is that legal? All they will do is resell them to the next person in the same size for the same money.

Re: Employment
Get your final check then sue them in small claims court. You can do this without a lawyer. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
