Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I have an ex-employer, who is now my competitor because of his unethical practices, still using my name and contact info to his company on his web site. I left his company over 1.5 years ago. I do not wish to be associated with him in any way. What should I do?

As a Franchise Attorney I recommend the following. Have an attorney write a well-worded letter demanding that he cease and desist all use of your name. There are various legal theories to use. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
