Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

We have a group of three people who have committed to working together on entrepreneurial web projects together. We are currently working on one project, however the plan is to work on more in the future. We'd like to form and LLC to protect us individually. Is it possible to form one LLC of a parent company that would cover all websites we do? Or do we need to form a separate LLC for each web project we do?

How might that answer change if we decided to take on additional partners for various web projects in the future? Would having one LLC for all web properties lock us into the ownership structure of the LLC for every website?

Thanks!

An LLC is certainly indicated for all the web projects you do in aggregate. No need to have a separate LLC for each project. I am not sure I understand the second scenario but you can always add partners to an existing LLC or you can form another LLC with all the partners. Give me a call. I may be able to help you.
