Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Hello,
I am wondering if there is anything that can be done compensation wise for this situation.
I was let go from my job over a year ago. Ever since then I have received phone calls from businesses on my personal cell phone wanting to get in touch with the company Vector Composites.
I was never a shareholder or owner, but these people say that my phone number is the one listed on the companies credit report.
I have emailed HR and the President and multiple contacts for the past year telling them to fix this issue and they have yet to act.
Thanks,
Casey Benedict

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. It appears the company is not listening to you, so you need to have someone they will listen to contact them. Have an attorney write a demand letter and you will see results. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
