Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Holding a paycheck to be an asshole
Every person in the warehouse is recieving there paychecks when they get off work in the morning. my employer is telling me and one other employer that we can not get our checks till after 9 in the morning. because we had a complication this week and missed half of our shift. is that legal for them to do that? And if not what the revised code is stating that they can not do that so i can make sure it never happens again or so that i can seek further legal assistance in this issue. thank you very much

Re: Holding a paycheck to be an asshole
There is nothing in Ohio law dealing with this issue, but federal wage and hour laws might apply.
