In Home Adult Care
I am interested in starting an in home adult care business. I would like to employ homemakers/companions. I actually have several questions and mainly would like to learn how to initiate business. I am concerned about liability, the need for certification and legal issues regarding this type of business. The question is....where do I begin?

You started in the right palce by seeking legal advice. You also need finacial advice such as your local banker, accountant or some other expert in finacial matters. Get local counsel to help you. The attorney you engage should well versed in small business acquisition not just a general practitioner. Find out the clients he/she has helped in acquiring a business. Counsel can also recommend a financial advisor as well.
