Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
illegal contract?
Two years ago I signed a contract with a tanning company. To my knowledge I was paying for three months of service and then the contract would be expired and that would be the end of services. Without me knowing, I have been billed and money has been withdrawn from my account for the past 1.5 years. The contract says it is a continuing contract. Is this type of contract legal in Ohio and what kind of action should I take to get my money back?
