Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

I did a job for a company and they owe me $20000 and said they cant pay me. I have a machine of theres that cost $25000 new. They let me use it. Can I keep the machine until they pay me. Or will I get into any trouble?

The answer is no. Unless your contract with them gives you their machine as collateral for payment. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
