Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Kicked out out of Store
Mom went to garden store paid for her things and was loading up the car, then the manager came out and told her that she was glad she came back to the again so she could tell her never to come back again. Mom asked what she did wrong the manager refused to tell her and kept saying ''You know what you did'' over and over again. Mom tried to express to the woman that didn't know what she was talking about. Manager then said if she ever returned she would call the police. Is there any thing we can do about what this manger did? Also, my mother would never steal if she wants something she'll just buy it.

Re: Kicked out out of Store
Generally, stores have the right to do business with whom they wish, provided that the exclusion is not primarily based on discrimination based on race or gender.
