Can a lender deny me access to a copy of the financial contract I signed?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Lenders must provide proof they have complied with all applicable lending laws. This entails furnishing copies of any contracts signed. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
