LLC Article of Incorporation
Do LLC Articles of Incorporation differ from those of a ''normal'' for profit? Thus is the kit purchased via this site applicable to an Ohio LLC?

Re: LLC Article of Incorporation
The Ohio forms evidently are geared for Ohio based on the website description. It isn't clear if they contain the actual forms you need to file. There is a lot of information that you may want to discuss with both a CPA and an attorney in setting up an LLC. Filing the Articles with the Secretary of State is the easiest part. If you are serious, get professional assistance.
