Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

LLC information

Three of us are starting a LLC, we live in Ohio, but if we were to work in IN and KY would we have to have another LLC or how does that work? Also what tax forms do we need when filing taxes? Our business is a cleaning company, for residential and businesses. All information you could provide for us would be greatly appreciated.

And how do we pay our sales tax, that we collect? And do you know of a contract for our customers such as a form number that we can order? So far we have a EIN #, and insurance and bonding that will begin on Monday Oct 16, 2006.

You are going to have to get specific advice from an attorney and accountant from each state. As far as Ohio, you are an ohio company doing business out of state, which is ok. There's a range of taxes that apply, so get that info directly from an accountant. Whatever you do in those other states subjects you to their courts and laws, so make sure insurance covers you there.
