As a Franchise Attorney I'm not sure of the exact time frame in OH to correct your payroll. Contact your local employment development or labor department and they can tell you. About firing, unless you are in a union or have a written employment agreement, the relationship is "at will." This means either party can terminate for any reason at any time. So be careful in how you ask for things. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
