Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Marijuana Advertising
I saw a very large and obvious poster with a marijuana leaf on it advertised in a store window inside a mall. I was wondering if it was illegal to display illegal substances.

Re: Marijuana Advertising
No that is not illegal. The first amendment protects the expression for the desire to make marijuana legal. Possession of the real thing is the only thing that is illegal.
