Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Mileage reimburse
I work for a small company that is owned by an individual. The employees are required to attend a meeting that is approximately 35 miles one way from my location. The professionals are also required to attend a conference in Columbus. The owner is saying that he is NOT paying mileage for these functions-that are again, REQUIRED to attend. Is he suppose to be paying mileage for these functions? With gas as high as it is, I find this terrible. Thank you in advance for any direction you can give me on this matter.

Re: Mileage reimburse
That is a policy decision of the owner.
