Offer
Can an employee recover damages against a company that has rescinded an offer of employment? (There is no contract involved here and employment is at-will).

You must prove that you reasonably relied on their offer of employment to have any hope at all of recovery. You must be able to establish that the offer was real, that they knew you would rely upon same, and would act financially on that reliance. Tough case to win.
