Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
overpayment
A large international corporation overpaid our company. We have just noticed this in our account. It has now been over a month. What are the repercussions if we keep this money?

Re: overpayment
Well, it is likely that at some point they will figure it out. They will want the money back, and probably interest. In addition, if they have evidence that you know about it and did not do anything, it's basically stealing and they could sue you for conversion. Best advice: send it back!
