Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
If I owe a company 332.00 and I would like to make a partial payment of 300.00 and they refuse my payment over the phone I am willing to pay on my CC what legal course do I have on that particular payment?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. The company can honor credit cards or not depending on their policy. They also do not have to take a partial payment, although from a good business sense perspective, it's a good idea. Talk to them and see what you can work out. You can always consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for more specific advice.
