Owed Debt to Business That Went Out of Business
A debt of around $800 is owed to a business that was dissolved (went out of business). The owner of that business lives in one state, we, in another. His business was situated in our state. His business ended April of 2000. Are we still responsible to pay off the remainder of the debt?
