Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Hi I have been painting for a company for about a year. I have ask for a respirator several times but I am, told that i am not qualified to wear one. They say that the paint is non toxic. On the paint manufactures website it says that its low voc paint, but Proper ventilation and an organic respiratory mask is highly recommended. we have a paint booth but there is still a cloud of over spray in the air and over spray all over the floor. I was wondering what my options are as i cant afford to quit. But i am tired of feeling breathing heavy and having a nose full of paint.
