Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Someone using my po box to scam people
I own a po box, I have let a friend use this to also recieve her mail there. I now know that she has ''sold'' things th people. She has cashed thier checks, but they have not recieved their items. Since only my name is on the po box, can this angry ''customers'' sue me or drag me to court?
Thanks
