Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
a not for profit childcare facility closed in our area. The center I run received all of there assets. In the bunch of things were 2 vans. They have titles signed but not notarized. The only person who could help us get them pushed through was the former board president of the corporation. We were not able to get into touch with her. The vans have been sitting on our property for 3 years now! What can we do?

Dear Inquirer: You may need to bring either a Quiet Title action for real property, or file a Complaint for Declaratory Action whereby the court will decide and render judgment in your behalf, based upon proper proof and testimony.
You should immediately retain legal counsel, ready to assist and advise you in the proper approach and procedure. Good luck
Sincerely,
J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio.
