Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Property of an LLC
If I were to form an LLC, could I lease my vehicle to the ''company'' or would it need to be transferred to the ''company'' for insurance purposes. Can personal property be ''leased'' to the LLC...computers, fax machines, etc.? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Property of an LLC
You can lease personal property to an LLC. It would be advisable to consult a tax authority to determine as to whether or not it is to your advantage to do so.
