Is a purchase order a contract
If you receive a purchase order from a customer, and do not confirm back to the customer that it is ''non-cancellable and non returnable'', is it less binding than if you had confirmed back to customer as such?

Re: Is a purchase order a contract
Normally, the original purchase order is technically only an offer. Once you confirm it, it becomes a valid contract in which case it is fully enforceable.
