Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I purchased some car electronic equipment from a local dealer. He was to order and install it in about a week. After 2 1/2 months I asked for a refund (not trusting him at this point). I sent a certified letter with a copy of the reciept along with a letter explaining I wanted a full refund to him and have the proof of delivery. He called me and stated he would refund the money. It is now 38 days later and he keeps saying it should be in today (He's wainting for a refund on the parts he supposedly ordered).
What is my next step in attempting to get a refund?

As a Franchise Attorney I can advise the following. You can either continue to wait (which could be forever) or file a small claims lawsuit. The small claims court in your city has advisers who will answer questions and guide you through the process. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
