Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I received a phone call from a lady saying that I have been approved for a loan for $5000. I didn't believe her at first, but she said I was already approved. She told me I only had to send the initial loan fee of $725 and I would be all set. Well, I sent the $725 this past Thursday via Western Union, but there was no money wired to my acct. I called them Friday and they told me they needed and extra $582 or I can get a refund. I chose for the refund because you never told me I had to pay any other money. Then they told me, it will take 3-4 weeks for my refund. I said this is my rent money, I'm not waiting that long. Why can't you send it Western Union like I sent you the money. They said we can't do it that way. Then they said, we will send it in 5 days. My question is, can I get my money sooner? When I call them now, they are very short and act like they do not want to talk to me. What should I do? I need my money now for rent.
