Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I recently was approved for SS Disability. Due to my hearing impairment I am unable to work, however I do have a computer repair business where my techs does all the work. I receive no salary. It is set up as a S Corp. Will this become problematic with my monthly benefits? I basically review the work orders coming in online and give them to my techs. I have no brick and mortor establishment, no inventory to keep up etc.

As a Franchise Attorney I believe disability benefits are based, among other things, on your actual income. If you are not taking any income or salary, there is no income to report. You can always call the agency and run a hypothetical situation by them (person on disability owns shares in a small corp. but receives no income). Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
