Dear Business Owner: I strobgly recommend you contact the Bureau of workers' compensation in Ohio to learn of their requirements, since you may not operate your business lawfully without such provisions, depending upon the number of hourly or salaried employees you have working for you.
Additionally, I'd strongly urge you to obtain C-116 coverage for yourself, at least. It's one of the least expensive forms of medical and accident coverage (arising from employment) you can obtain anywhere!
Good luck. Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio.
