I am a sales manager for a company my boss, the owner wants me to sign a contract on behalf of the company, am I legally liable for this contract ?

ANSWER: Not necessarily. If you do sign, please add after yuor signature, "Sales Manager, XYZ Company" (or the proper name of your employer company, whatever it is.)

Then carefully also review your employment contract to see what your duties and liabilities are.
